There are temporary term insurance and permanent life insurance. The first is temporary term insurance. It is the basic life insurance that provides insurance to the insurer in a certain period. It is usually dealing with death risk. If it is expired, it can be renewed. The second is permanent life insurance. It is the more complicated life insurance than temporary term insurance. It has for kinds of insurance. The first is whole life coverage. It provides the insurance until the insurer passed away. Its premium is very expensive because the claim will arrive sooner or later. The second is universal life insurance. It is the new product of life insurance that provides a greater flexibility in the premium payment. The third is limited pay insurance. In it, the premium is paid in a certain period in case there is no additional premium added caused by policy. The fourth is endowments. In this type of life insurance, the claim will be paid on the date in accordance with the contract that has been determined.
